Returns & FAQ
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return any physical item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. That covers prints, framed prints, canvases, phone cases and calendars, including calendars you designed yourself. This is on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. Digital downloads work differently (see below).
How do I return something?
- Tell me within 30 days of delivery. Email contact@taudalpoi.com with your order number and what you're sending back. You can use the return form at the bottom of this page, but any clear message works.
- Send the item within 14 days of telling me, to:

Norway - Pack it well, use a tracked service and keep the receipt. Parcels sent with postage unpaid or cash on delivery can't be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, and return postage isn't refunded. As a rough guide, sending a print back costs about 100 to 300 kr within Norway, €15 to 40 from the rest of Europe, £15 to 25 from the UK and $20 to 60 from the USA or Canada. Large framed prints and canvases can cost more. If your order arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, you don't pay anything (see below).
Sending a return from outside Norway
Norway isn't in the EU, so returns from abroad go through Norwegian customs. On the customs form (CN22 or CN23):
- Tick or write "Returned goods". Please don't mark it as a gift or a sale.
- Describe the item, for example "Art print, returned to seller".
- Give the price you paid and your order number.
Norwegian import fees on the return are charged to me, not you.
What condition does it need to be in?
Please send it back unused, in its original packaging if you still have it. It's fine to unpack it and look at it, as you would in a shop. If it has been used, hung, marked or damaged, or parts are missing, I may take the loss in value off the refund.
When do I get my money back?
I refund the price you paid plus your original standard shipping within 14 days of you telling me about the return. I may wait until the item arrives, or until you've sent me proof that you've posted it, whichever comes first. The money goes back to the payment method you used. If you paid for faster delivery, I refund the cost of standard shipping.
Phone cases
Phone cases are made and shipped by Fourthwall's production partners, but returns are handled by me. Email me (not Fourthwall support) and send the case to the Oslo address above.
Digital downloads
Digital downloads can't be returned once you've started downloading them. If a file doesn't work or isn't what was described, email me and I'll fix it or refund you.
What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?
I'll make it right at no cost to you. Email contact@taudalpoi.com as soon as you can with your order number and a photo of the problem (and of the packaging if it was damaged in transit). I'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send the item back.
What about faults that show up later?
You always have your legal right to complain about faults (reklamasjon): 2 years from delivery, or 5 years for things meant to last much longer. Tell me within a reasonable time after you notice the fault and I'll repair, replace or refund it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email me as soon as possible. If it hasn't gone into production yet, I'll gladly change or cancel it. If it has, you can still return it after delivery as described above.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually printed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes:
- Norway and Europe: about 3 to 7 business days
- USA and Canada: about 4 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: about 7 to 15 business days
Framed prints and canvases can take a few days longer. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping starts at $5 and standard shipping is free on orders over $50 (or the same amount in your currency).
Will I pay import fees or customs?
VAT is included where it's collected at checkout. For some countries, the local post or courier may charge import duties or fees on delivery. These are set by your country and aren't something I can control.
Where is my art printed?
Wall art and calendars are printed by Gelato's partner print shops, usually in or near your country, which means shorter delivery and less shipping. Phone cases are made by Fourthwall's production partners.
How do I get my digital download?
Right after you pay, you get an email with a download link. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or email me and I'll resend it.
Can I get a custom size?
Maybe! Send me a message through the Contact page.

På norsk: retur og angrerett
Du kan returnere fysiske varer innen 30 dager etter levering, uansett grunn. Dette gjelder i tillegg til angreretten din etter angrerettloven, ikke i stedet for den.
Gi beskjed til contact@taudalpoi.com innen 30 dager etter at du mottok varen, med ordrenummer og hva du returnerer. Du kan bruke angreskjemaet under, men en vanlig e-post holder. Send varen innen 14 dager etter at du ga beskjed, til Taudalpoi AS, Guldberglia 11A, 0375 Oslo.
Du betaler returfrakten selv (vanligvis rundt 100 til 300 kr innen Norge), og den refunderes ikke. Varen må være ubrukt. Du kan gjerne pakke den ut og se på den, slik du ville gjort i en butikk. Er den brukt eller skadet, kan jeg trekke verdifallet fra beløpet du får tilbake.
Jeg betaler tilbake kjøpesummen og den opprinnelige fraktkostnaden for standard levering innen 14 dager etter at du ga beskjed. Jeg kan vente med tilbakebetalingen til jeg har mottatt varen, eller til du har vist at den er sendt. Pengene går tilbake til betalingsmåten du brukte.
Er varen skadet, mangelfull eller feil når du får den, erstatter eller refunderer jeg den gratis, og du trenger ikke sende den tilbake. Reklamasjonsfristen er 2 år, eller 5 år for varer som er ment å vare vesentlig lengre. Digitale nedlastinger kan ikke returneres etter at du har begynt å laste dem ned.
