These terms apply when you buy from taudalpoi.com.

The seller

The shop and checkout run on Fourthwall, and payments are processed by Fourthwall's payment providers.

Products
All wall art, canvases and calendars are printed to order for you. Phone cases are made to order by Fourthwall's production partners. Digital products are files you download and print yourself. I do my best to show colours accurately, but screens vary, so the printed colours can look slightly different from what you see on screen.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you choose. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout, and the total you see before you pay is what you'll be charged. Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, and only one code per order can be used.

Delivery
Orders are usually made within 1 to 3 business days and then shipped. Delivery normally takes 3 to 10 business days depending on where you live. See Returns & FAQ for more.

Your right to cancel, returns and complaints
You can return physical items within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. You pay the return shipping, and I refund the price plus your original standard shipping. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost. The return address, the full conditions and a return form are on the Returns & FAQ page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Norwegian or other applicable consumer law.

All artwork is © Taudalpoi. Buying a print or a digital file gives you the right to print and display it for personal use. You may not resell, reproduce commercially or share the files.

Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If we disagree, please contact me first and I'll do my best to sort it out. Consumers in Norway can also get help from Forbrukerrådet (forbrukerradet.no) and bring a complaint to Forbrukerklageutvalget. Consumers elsewhere keep the protection of their own country's mandatory consumer laws.
